How do I return an item?

Simply place your dress in the return envelope enclosed and pop it in the mail box by 5pm on the return date. 

Or if you picked up from our studio, you will need to drop it back by 5pm on the return date indicated by The Style Edit. 

 

What are your delivery options?

We ship Australia wide and send all garments via Australia post. Delivery time is dictated by Australia Post delivery times. In metro areas, delivery is 1-2 days. (See Australia Post website for further details regarding delivery times.)

We also offer local pick up and return. We are located in Kurnell in Sydney's Sutherland Shire so if you are close by, discounts are offered for you to pick up and return the item after use.

 

Can I try on?

 

You can book a try on session. Book an appointment here or you can send us an email, message via facebook and Instagram and we can arrange an appointment. 

How does payment work?

Upon confirmation of your dates, we send payment instructions. You can pay through Paypal, bank transfer or Cash on pick up.

Do  you charge late fees?

To ensure the whole process runs smoothly it is crucial we get dresses back on the allocated return date. So unfortunately if you are unable to return the dress on time, we charge a late fee for every day the dress is late.

The late fee is charged at 25% of the hire fee per day the item is late. 

 

Can I cancel my booking? 

If you wish to cancel an order, contact The Style Edit as soon as possible. If the item has not been dispatched from The Style Edit premises, there will not be any cancellation fees. However, if the item has been dispatched, you will be charged the full amount for the hire period.
 

What happens if the garment gets damaged?

We understand accidents happen so any damage must be reported to us, this can be done by email, or message on facebook and Instagram. Attach any photos and send the garment back as per usual or as directed by the cut off time on your return date.

We inspect the damage and minor repairs will be carried out. If damage is extensive you will be sent the repair bill. In the case the item is damaged beyond repair, you will be required to pay the replacement cost as stated at the bottom of  each product page.
